Mobile Broadband Settings Modification Instructions (MAC)

Using the following process, you will configure your computer to customise the
setup of your new Mobile Broadband service.

These instructions are to be used after the Mobile Broadband device has been
installed automatically. This is done normally when first connecting the modem
to your computer.

Please note: the SP code for this device is broadband. This code may be
requested when the software is first started.


Instructions:

1. Open the MBB Application (from the dock, or by going into Finder >
Applications and double-clicking on Wireless Broadband.App
Note: in older versions of Mac OSX go to Macintosh HD >
Applications > Wireless Broadband.app

2. Click on `Setting…`

3. Click `New` and then type ‘MBB’ under ‘Profile Name’, type in
SPLNS111A1 in the ‘Access Point Name’ section, type in `*99#` in
the `Telephone Number` and click `Save` and then `Ok`.
Note: you must create a new profile before deleting the old
profile.

4. Select the old profile `Wireless BB` from the `Profile Name` list
and click `Delete`.

5. Click ‘Yes’
