Outlook Error 1:

When you click Send/Receive in Microsoft Outlook 2002, you receive the following error message:Task 'mail server address - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8007026F) : 'The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection.

This issue occurs when the connection type for your e-mail account is incorrect.

Additionally, this issue also occurs after you install a different type of Internet connection, such as Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line ( ADSL).Typically if you change from Dial up the ADSLTo resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1.On the Tools menu in Outlook 2002, click E-mail Accounts.

2.Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.

3.Click your e-mail account, and then click Change.

4.Click More Settings.

5.On the Connection tab, click Connect using my Local Area Network (LAN), and then click OK.

6.Click Next.

7.Click Finish
