One of the things that we did over the festive season was work out an all new set of plans
These will be released in February, & will provide better value for money, more data & lower prices, across all of our speeds:
White, Red & Black
We will be releasing more information about all of these new plans very soon, in the January Informer, & of course on this website & our main site.

New Help Desk
New feature added to the website today - Help Desk.
After you have logged in your will see it in the Support menu
Use it to log a support ticket so we can assist you as quickly as possible
As more & more people use the Help Desk, we will place answers to common problems in the Knowledge Base, & you might be able to find the answer there to your problem without even raising a ticket.

Available in two colours (three speeds) with 20GB of data during peak & a bonus 20GB of data during off-peak
 
Red (1500Kbps) 20+20 is $50.95 per month when you have another service with us, like Landline or Mobile Phone
Black (ADSL 2 or 8000Kbps if we can't get ADSL 2 for you) 20+20 is $60.95 per month with another service

New Hosting Servers
During the month of August we are moving all of our hosted websites to new servers.
If your domain name is registered with us, we will take care of everything for you, including;
- Backing up your site
- Restoring it on the new server
- changing the DNS settings with the Domain Name Registrar
If you use a different Domain Name Registrar we will email you & request that you change your DNS to our new settings |

How does it work? HD Internet Phone (you may know it as VoIP) takes the analogue signals audio signals you transmit when you talk on the phone and turns them in to digital signals that can be transmitted through your internet connection. This clever leap in technology allows you to use your internet connection to make FREE or low cost calls all over Australia and the rest of the world to any service!
